By using the Service’s systems, website, and accessing the Services through
the systems and websites, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and
agree to the contents of this Privacy Notice.
By submitting data or information to the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service
(KEPHIS) Recruitment Portal, I give consent that all my personal data submitted,
and that is collected by the Service, shall be processed by the Service for the
purposes described in statutory provisions or laws enacted by the Parliament of
Kenya, or in fulfilment of Kenya’s obligations under international conventions
on the exchange of information.
In the event that the Service undergoes a business transformation, I acknowledge
and consent that my personal data may be among the assets to be transferred to
